I am giving 5 stars to McKay Mills, owner of the local RentVest Hawaii office, whom we hired to manage the rental of our family's Waikiki property. From the first email he has been upbeat, optimistic, perceptive and reasonable. He found a suitable tenant quickly, and through the online owner portal we receive a record of every transaction. I also appreciate that he replies promptly to all our texts.

Mckay is a top notch professional. I had a need for a different service than normal property management and he offered a contract for exactly what I needed at a very fair price. He was so much more responsive than all other companies I contacted. Give him an opportunity and he won’t disappoint.

First and foremost, how responsive and professional this company has been is above all of whom I’ve worked with in this field. As a real estate agent, I work directly with property managers and have had my share of experience in being a landlord. Currently, I use RentVest for both my personal properties and my clients properties. Prior to referring clients to them, I wanted to see what the company had to offer on my own properties. On our first meeting, McCay was 15 minutes (or more) early, had all of his necessary tools with him to do a consultation, gave professional feedback on the property, worked with the new tenant, and moreover has followed through on his promises. After almost 2 years of working with him, he has assisted me with over 5 homes and my clients and myself couldn’t be happier.

I have worked with RentVest for the past 4 years as an owner of rental properties. They have been awesome to work with! Everyone of their agents are prompt with communication concerning my properties. When there were problems with the tenants or working to get a vacancy filled, They were quick to get things in motion to make the outcome great. I would recommend them to any other owners looking for a management company for their rental.
