I have not yet hired a propertymanager, but Kendall was the 2nd to respond **very** quickly, and that probably had to do with the time zone from first reply came. His agent was also professional, very thorough, and contacted me quickly. I'll follow up with a more detailed review after some time has passed, assuming I do sign a contract. So far so good!!! Kendall provided excellent and timely response to my request even though he was out of the country on vacation. He immediately had one of his propertymanagers, Sandy, set up an appointment to meet with me. Sandy was extremely helpful and professional and immediately started working on my property.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 8-10% management fee depending on the location and the scope of management you would like us to handle. We also offer just the tenant screening for 30-50% of a full months rent for owners that want to self manage their properties.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a phone interview with an owner to see if we fit your needs. We will then email you market comparables of your property to give you an idea of what your property can rent for. We will then provide you a company brochure and set up a meeting at the property to get a better idea of what the benefits and also challenges we might face.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Hawaii Baptist Academy with honors and from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in the School of Travel Industry Management with a bachelors of Science.
