We had our new house's roof replaced and had a great experience. They made the process easy by knowing our HOA's rules and working with us to get the color we wanted. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up well afterwards. This is our first house and so the first roof we've had done, but the price seemed reasonable. The only glitch was on our end -- apparently one of our home's older light fixtures wasn't properly secured and fell due to the vibrations. Was NOT at all the roofers' fault, just adding as a tip for other new homeowners of old or old-ish homes to actually do a walk-through and check your fixtures before anyone starts roof work!

We enjoyed working with Gold Pacific from the estimate to the end of the job. Had a leaking shingle roof replaced with standing seam. Its a complicated roof but were really happy with the results. The roofers concentrated on their work and were skilled, quiet and professional. We finally have a roof that will shelter us for the rest of our lives.

We couldn't have had a better experience replacing our old tile roof than with Gold Pacific Roofing! From the start Daniel was a pleasure to work with and inspired much confidence. So many neighbors commented on how hard the crew worked and how neat they were, not causing a disturbance for others in the area. The price was extremely reasonable considering all the materials, equipment and man-hours. Can't recommend them highly enough!

We recently worked with Gold Pacific Roofing and were extremely impressed from start to finish. During the initial estimate, they took the time to explain the challenges of our tiled roof, which had been coated with silicone and had some tricky structural areas. They were very patient in answering all of our questions and gave us clear options to consider.Once the project began, the crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful of our propertycleaning up thoroughly at the end of each day. Daniel, the Project Manager and Owner, went above and beyond by sending us daily video updates, pointing out areas of concern, and showing us the progress and fixes. That level of communication gave us total confidence in their work. What really stood out was their attention to detail and commitment to making the roof not just replaced, but reinforced to withstand the strong winds along our ridge. Its clear they care about quality and doing things the right way.We are truly grateful for their dedication and excellent craftsmanship. We highly recommend Gold Pacific Roofing to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled, and reliable roofers.
