Our water heater went out, and he came after his regular job, picked up the water heater for us from Lowe’s, and had everything fixed quickly and professionally. Communication was excellent from start to finish. There was heavy traffic across the island due to a major freeway accident, yet he stayed in constant contact, kept us updated on his ETA, and still arrived on time. That alone says a lot. He took the time to explain all safety precautions, showed us how to properly use the water heater, and told us exactly what to do if anything goes wrong in the future. On top of that, he gave us the best deal we were offered, hands down. It’s honestly refreshing and encouraging to see young local boys working hard, building a skill, and creating a better living for themselves. The professionalism, work ethic, and respect he showed truly stood out. We could tell he was raised right. Highly recommend…great work, great attitude, and great service.
