Introduction: I am committed to providing my clients a unique approach to picture taking that makes it easier for the clients. I want them to feel very comfortable in front of the camera. I take time to find out what it takes to have my clients become at ease with me and the camera, and as every clients is different it often takes a special understanding of my subject to get the very best photographs. As a young child I became intrigued with the camera (movie and still). My skills came to me naturally and with little effort. I soon realized that my talent gave me a introspective way to interpret the world around me in my own unique way. It helped that my mother was an actress in Hollywood and my next door neighbor was an Academy award winning director who later went on to teach as a professor of cinematography at USC. He gave me my first hands on experience in the technical aspects. Later in college I discovered the higher disciplines of the "fine art" of photography. After finishing the entire program offered I went on to continue my education with the French masters when I took on a job at Paris Studios. I then apprenticed with some of the greats in the Fashion photography industry before starting my own studio just over 20 years ago. Photography , obviously , has been my passion for nearly my entire life. I sometimes wonder how it is that I charge money for something I love to do, but the answer is simple I've gotta bay the bills.
