Introduction: I provide a full-service catering. I do private in-home events. I come in, prepare and set up for small anniversary parties or if you just want a special meal for two! I do personal grocery shopping, monthly and weekly. I prepare meals and freezer bag them, and all they have to do is warm them up!

Graduation Party....Food was great everyone really enjoyed everything, very professional and tactful...i would and have recommended black pearl catering...Yolanda is a people person and she loves her job and you can tell and it shows in her face and food...There wasnt anything i would change about my experience with her service i was satisfied as well as my daughter and all the guest.

I hired Black Pearl Catering for my wedding and I can definitely say that everything went according to plan and then some. I wasn't very specific about details and I worried but the decorating fit my theme and there was not a single person disappointed with the food. Matter of fact, it kept disappearing little by little after the dinner. I highly recommend this business.

I price to fit the budget of the client.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am contacted by a client they will let me know what type of event they are having.I Usually will ask what type of budget they are working with, That will help me with determining if they have decided on a budget if their budget fits the menu, and if they want me to create a menu what their budget has to offer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to culinary school right out of high school and I have been cooking professionally since I was 15 years old.
