I price to fit the budget of the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am contacted by a client they will let me know what type of event they are having.I Usually will ask what type of budget they are working with, That will help me with determining if they have decided on a budget if their budget fits the menu, and if they want me to create a menu what their budget has to offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to culinary school right out of high school and I have been cooking professionally since I was 15 years old.
