I was pretty steamed when I heard my furnace needed replaced. Garrett at Comfort Pro Heating and Cooling helped me burn through the hoops of a home warranty claim with XYZ company. He was very knowledgeable on managing a claim like a furnace install. Daniel was my Skilled Technician on installation day and everything went well. I'd highly recommend their range of HVAC services.

This experience has a renewed appreciation for companies like Comfort Pro. They went to bat for me with the warranty company to get the well needed new air conditioning. They kept me informed every few days of where it we stood on replacement. When the air conditioning was finally approved they did a quick and thorough job on the installation. It was like a dream come true. Thank you Comfort Pro.

They were quick to respond after putting in service request to my home warranty company. Great communication throughout the process. Explained everything before, during, & after. It was an upgrade & they stayed until job was done working past 6pm!
