I only spoke to Garret on the phone, he was very pleasant. He was here in 45 minutes, fixed the problem in about 30 minutes maybe less. My husband said he was very nice and explained what he was doing while doing it.

Alex was a great service man and very capable. He told what he was going to do, explained, and showed me a part that needed replaced. We went over the checklist at the end, and he told me how efficient the furnace is currently.I had an issue, sometimes the heater was on, but wouldn't circulate the air. So far it's working correctly. I feel comfortable that the hvac is working correctly for the season.Alex was the best serviceman I've had so far from HSA Home Warranty.Setting up the initial appointment was more difficult, no longer just a phone call. The time to have the service performed also took longer.I'm glad I had the work done.
