This was not an easy task. I needed to replace the dryer vent cap on the exterior of my home—located 20 ft up. The guys took off the old vent cap (part of which they had to saw off), cleaned out at least 2 bird nests, and installed the new bird-proof cap. The guy must have climbed up and down the (very high) ladder at least 4 or 5 times. They did all of the work with good cheer and a “no problem“ attitude. I was very impressed. I will definitely use their services again.

I was pretty worried. My house is 160 years old and the toilet and the kitchen sink were installed atleast 50 years ago. It wasn't going to be easy but they got the old stuff out and the new stuff in. Everything looks and works great.
