Done Done wasn't the cheapest compared to other offers I received, but the cost shows in the quality of work and professionalism.

Hired on Thumbtack

Hired for a deck addition. Start was delayed for about a week, which wasn't a big deal. Work was sloppy with a big mistake on a poured concrete post footing (which now is an eye-sore). Work was done by contractor who owner admitted had a drinking problem and is no longer with the company, so may be a one-off issue. Owner did have someone come out to fix some other minor issues with a screen door, personally inspected the final product, and offered a small discount for the footing mistake. None-the-less, for the money paid, I can't recommend this contractor based on my experience.
