- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We've got a great offer for you! We are so happy to be able to offer our services at a reasonable price, and that's because we've been doing this for a long time, and we know what we're doing. We don't want you to feel like you're paying too much for our services—we want you to feel like you're getting a bargain, because you are. We offer free quotes and estimates, so if you have any questions about our pricing, just give us a call or send an email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is: 1. We reach out to you and ask if you have any questions about our services, or if you'd like to schedule a time for us to come out and meet with you. 2. We meet in person and discuss your goals, the type of system you want, and what kind of products will work best for your home or business. 3. We recommend a system that meets your needs, design it to fit your space, and install it for you.
