He cleaned up a mess of tree branches, plastic, metal, wood and other trash from the alley behind our house. As he began the job he discovered it was much more than he anticipated. We talked it over and he did a great job. What he couldn't do was because of the mix of brick, cement, and other stuff. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We'll use him again if we need that type of work done.

We could not be more pleased with Matt! We hired him to clean up a long unattended property that had overgrown bushes, weeds, trees and even garbage. He was the first to respond to our request and looked at the property the next morning. He responded immediately with a quote. We do not live in the city where the work was performed but he provided us updates with pictures as he progressed on the property. He was quick to offer suggestions to improve the looks of the place. This place was in bad shape and the improvements made were like night and day! I would definitely recommend him. He is trustworthy and very professional! JOB WELL DONE!!!

I found Cutting Edge Lawn and Landscapes Inc on Thumbtack - I was contacted right away once I put in my request and Brad came out the next day to perform an evaluation of our needs and submitted a bid. We accepted and the work was done just as we had asked them to do within a week. We are very pleased with the service and all their guys were very friendly. We are going to use them again for the next big yard project.

Don Darling/Pro Property is a good reliable contractor with very reasonable rates. Excellent problem solver when the unexpected comes up as it will on older places like ours. We had roofing,siding, doors and carpet installed & closet doors fixed all in timely manner. Don & staff picked up materials & disposed of waste making it easy for us.They were most personable & accommodating to our unusual shift work schedule. Would call them again.
