- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have any online quote system in place for individuals to receive an instant quote. I also can give people and idea over the phone or if they prefer an in person visit and leave them with a written quote. I try and leave it uncomplicated by giving a bottom line figure in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I subscribe to a few trade magazines, I get along real well with other window cleaners in the area and love learning from them and sharing tips I have found helpful. I also research anything new I attempt like crazy! I call professionals out of state and research online. I call respected tradesmen when I need to and talk to manufactures.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most requested service is interior and exterior window cleaning followed by power washing.
