- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is $65.00 an hour, minimum, but most jobs are done by estimate and are less expensive than the hourly rate. A $65 Service call, for estimation the fee is due upon request to first meet. Than, If hired, it is applied toward the project invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication: The ********** information and good pictures can provide a significant amount of insight into the job to be done, saving much time and added cost. The more I know about what is to be done, the more you will save and the better I can serve you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years as a Specialized Service Contractor in Architectural Design, Fabrication and Installation, New Construction and Historical Restorations of Copper Standing Seam Roofing Siding, Gutter Systems, Framing and Trim Carpentry, Drywall, Stain and Painting, Flooring, Plumbing and Electrical Repairs.
