The best part is the attention to detail. I have had others clean for me before and ended up disappointed. This was so needed. Great job! Definitely I would refer this company.

Details: 4 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Standard cleaning • Window cleaning (interior) • Pets in home • Every 2 weeks

Alexis is very professional to work with. She responded to my cleaning request quickly. She was willing to work around my schedule as much as was possible. She is very thorough in her cleaning and did exactly what I requested. She has great rates that are competitive with other cleaning companies. I definitely plan to use her again.

Not up to my standards for the price that I paid. Would have liked my floors cleaned better in my kitchen and bathroom. Not all areas were touched.

Details: 3 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • Standard cleaning • Window cleaning (interior) • No pets in home • Just once

SparKlean Superior Cleaning LLC's reply

Sorry about this Kathy. When I asked you to look over my work you stated that everything looked good besides a window seal so I did correct that. I am always willing to come back and correct things if I missed something. I always have my clients look over my work before I leave the home and you stated everything looked good. If something needs to be fixed, send me a message and I can come back free of charge and fix it.
