- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not really complicated but it's definitely easier for myself and my clients to get a consultation before final pricing is established.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to hear their stories, getting to know you provides information on making your experience special for you. 1-2 consultations gives us time to see if we are a good match for each other.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I am a Licensed Esthetician (covers all areas of skin) and Certified Makeup Artist. So...CE credits are required to maintain my Esthetics Licenses and I go to make-up trade shows to keep up on the latest trends.
