FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am very fare when it comes to pricing jobs but if you are looking for just the cheapest company out their chances are I'm not for you because my work always comes with a guarantee. I DO NOT cut corners and I make it a point to leave your space cleaner after I am finished than when I showed up. You will always know what's going on and what's next. It is your home and I will always respect it and most importantly respect you and your family while I'm a guest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a free consultation to see exactly what your needs are and discuss your different options followed by my estimate. My estimates will cover everything needed to complete my scope of work so you won't have to do another thing except look forward to being completed. After you approve the estimate we will start looking for a time/date that works best for you that I can complete the project, when scheduled I will get a contract to you for review and signature. Once your project is completed I will ask you to walk threw and look at my services and when you are amazed at the quality of work I will give you an invoice for payment. I carry a machine that can process debit/credit cards or I can except cash but either way you will get a certified receipt for your records.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had 3 years of apprenticeship training with the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades Local 246 followed by 17 years of performing high quality drywall finishing. I have been in charge of multiple projects worth millions of dollars. I stay certified in first-aid/CPR , I hold a OSHA 10 certification, confind spaces, areal lift, and scaffold training.
