I’m flexible to schedule with (feel free to inquire about specific date/time if not showing available jtander88@gmail), quick to respond to inquiries and work at a very reasonable price compared to industry averages. Normal rate is $60 for the first hour and then $50 per hour after that for most jobs. Handyman with experience installing TV Wall Mounts, Sliding Barn Doors, Closet Shelving, Ceiling Fans, Light Fixtures (Vanity, Recessed, Flush Mount, Chandelier, Exterior, etc…), Sink Faucets, laying wood & laminate vinyl flooring as well as above range Microwaves & hooking up electric washers & dryers. I’m also available to assemble furniture and help with other miscellaneous handyman jobs that aren’t plumbing. I specialize in easier/smaller jobs with flexibility to work around clients schedules to complete during day, evenings or weekends. I have a day job with flexibility and I enjoy working with my hands so looking to help customers out with smaller jobs at a fair price.

I reached out to Justin when I was living in NYC stating I would be relocating to DesMoines and need an installer in May 2024. He responded quickly to my emails and provided an excellent quote. Over a period of several visits he assembled a bed, shelves, TV stand, office desk and chair along with side tables, printer stand, kitchen and coffee tables. I can’t say enough about his service and pricing. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. He knows his stuff and is very reliable. He gets 5 stars in my book for service and pricing

Justin was absolutely AMAZING if I could give 10 stars I would! He’s super nice. He was Very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. Justin assembled 1 dresser and 2 night stands for me which the instructions were not thorough and very complicated but even with that Justin still finished the job in a quick manner and was very professional. I will be using Justin for plenty of future projects for sure.
