We are very happy with the work completed by Top Flite. We had them finish our basement. They built bulkheads, put up drywall, textured, trimmed and painted.
Part way through the process we we so impressed with their work we added a wainscoting and built-in bookshelf as well.
They did an amazing job of communicating and we definitely will have them do additional projects in the future.

very nice folks. easy to talk to and work with. their word is their bond. they do exactly what they say they will and done perfectly. terry works hard to make sure everything is lined up, square and the way it should be. Jessica helps him and pitches in wherever she can. planning on having them redo our kitchen this spring.

We recently purchased a mobile home for my daughter to live in while she attends The Vet program at ISU. I had scheduled two weeks to help her get it cleaned up and painted before she moved in. While cleaning and painting we uncovered water and insect damage around virtually all of the windows that was missed when considering the purchase. Jumped on Thumbtack and within an hour the folks at Top-Flight called and arranged to come by and look at our project. They gave us a quote and agreed to be on site the next day. Well this turned into a much more involved project as we started demolition and they just rolled up their sleves and tackled each issue as they arose. They also honored their original estimate for the work. Their manager, Terry, and his wife worked tirelessly to get this project done and also started work on additional windows. They were very flexible, tolerant of my incursions into what and how things were being done and were able to complete the original project plus start and complete additional windows while I was there. They are good people who work very hard and for us they demonstrated great flexibility with there schedules. I’d recommend them unconditionally for any work like we had done and from spending so much time together I learned they are accomplished in all aspects of building to include demolition, framing, siding, interior walls, electrical, plumbing and many other handyman services. I have done a lot of this type of work in my 60 plus years I can say that you can do much worse, but you won’t find many better than these folks. We are really happy with our choice of Top-Flight for our mobile home repair project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the construction industry when I was 14 years old helping my uncle with his siding company. From that day forward I wanted to learn as much as I could about construction & how things worked.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
having a good idea of exactly what you want to do so we can have an opportunity to work you up an accurate quote!
