- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price projects at an upfront flat rate that varies depending on the number of bed and baths, frequency of cleaning and type of cleaning. I price up-front and work with my customers to find a price that works for us both. I give a discount for customers who schedule recurring cleans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically call and visit (if possible) to discuss the clients expectations and desired outcome. I communicate my plan to achieve these outcomes and discuss pricing until we have agreed on a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained as a mental health professional but decided cleaning and organizing homes to be more enjoyable and fulfilling to me. I combine my training in the human service field along with my experience cleaning professionally to provide a quality service while being sensitive and attentive to difficult projects as needed. I love people and relate well/get along with folks from all walks in any situation!
