On the day of the project, they showed up with a crew of people and all the equipment needed. They cleaned the entire yard of weeds and debris and beautifully trimmed all bushes and trees. Excellent work and friendly crew.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we provide a quote, it is an all-inclusive price with no hidden charges. We charge based on the space taken up in our truck and distance/difficulty getting the items to it. As a localled owned and operated business, our prices are much more competitive than our national competitors such as 1-800-Got-Junk and College Hunks Hauling Junk. We strive to provide the most affordable, efficient and friendly junk removal service in Iowa!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once your appointment is confirmed we will show up, assess the items you'd like removed, give you the most competitive quote and if it's agreeable take the items away right then and there. Once we have everything loaded up we will send you an invoice via email and/or text message in which you can pay the bill or use a debit/credit card with our card reader. All you have to do is make the appointment and point out the junk to be removed!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My brother and I who own the business have worked in construction and worked with contractors for over a decade. We move quickly and carefully to make sure your junk is removed in the best possible way. Once removed we go over and above to make sure the entire area where your junk was stored is cleaned spotless.
