Introduction: We partnered with an organic farm in Jefferson, Iowa. Also, we purchased a food truck this spring, and we will be making flatbreads stuffed with local meats and organic produce from Sungold Farms. We will be doing farmers' markets and food festivals. We'll also be offering personal chef services featuring locally sourced organic and natural products.
I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, a certified executive chef from the American Culinary Federation, ServSafe certified, and currently finishing my BA in business management.
