As a plumbing company, we have various expenses that contribute to the overall cost of our services. These expenses include truck costs, fuel costs, insurance costs, office costs, general liability, bonding, and the cost of apprentices and journeyman plumbers. Each of these factors contributes to the overall pricing structure. During our initial visit to your house, we explained that if we were unable to clear your sewer clog, we would not charge you the sewer cleaning fee and I’m sorry you misunderstood that. However, during the two-hour diagnostic process, we did identify a problem and invested time and resources in diagnosing the issue thoroughly. I apologize for any inconvenience caused, but I had informed you that I would come over today within the agreed-upon window. However, you informed me that you had already engaged someone else for the job. I didn’t call you within the window. Plumbers cannot predict their jobs Ever because all Service jobs are different and I explained We will try to get there today. While I understand your decision, it's important to note that as a result, I am now facing additional costs, which exceed the inconvenience caused to you. Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding of the costs involved in providing quality plumbing services.
