Well, as it turned out, we were after bigger game than Zach was allowed to handle (we think racoons). Also, neither I nor him had a ladder to get up where the critter(s) are. But, he showed up on time, gave good advice as far as I could tell, and charged nothing since he could not do anything, partially due to no ladder, and partially because they only do rats and smaller.I have newer homes (2016/17) so ants, termites, mice, and rats are all non-issues for me. But if I had an older home, possibly with a basement or wooden soffits, they seem like honest people and worth using. And, if you tell them ahead of time they will need a ladder, they do have one or more, just I didn't think to mention it.

Weve used fenix for the last 3.5 years after moving to our new house. Weve been really happy with the service, and how prompt they are when I have an issue that needs to be worked on. I called yesterday about mice, and this morning Zachary came and was very helpful in taking care of the problem. The staff are always friendly!
