I entered a request on Thursday, Marty was the first to respond, same day. He let me know what he could do, and he came by the next morning. I let him know exactly what I wanted, and he did just that. Then I remembered other tasks that needed to be addressed, and he did those for me, too. He was very professional, courteous, communicated well, and did a great job.
