I employed Chris Cooper for 15 years, as the full-time property manager/handyman for my 45 residential rental properties (consisting of an apartment complex, single family homes, and duplexes) in West Des Moines. I would recommend him for any property management or repair job. He has a calm, positive demeanor, and is an easy person with whom to work.
