Brandon and his crew came in and replaced some siding on the back half of our house and our garage. The work was done way beyond our standards and in a very professional manner. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing per project is to offer you an experience, rather than finding someone to simply complete a job. Everything from the back end such as insurance and certifications to what you actually see being done on your home is all part of the experience, and you get to sit back, relax, and see your visions become reality.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You can find our full process on our website, but a summarized version is
1) You reach out and let us know about your project with a few pictures
2) We have a brief call to discuss more about your project and weather or not you believe we are a good fit for you
3) Signing of a contract including a tentative start date and a full scope of work
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
7 years of on site experience + 4 years of intermittent experience, VSI Certification, HBA Des Moines Chapter Member, NHBA Association Member
