Jim did an awesome job on our floors and he was very personable. I would recommend abstract floors to anyone needing their floors done or redone.

Jim is the only guy in Des Moines you should hire to refinish your hardwood floors. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He redid all the floors on our 1920 built house and they look great!

The project itself turned out beautifully. We would have given Jim five stars had he cleaned up after the project. The cleanup and follow through is lacking.

We had started refinishing the floors but the equipment used by our handymen did not work well and it was not the results we wanted. I quickly searched thumtack and called Jim. He came over within 2 hours! He fixed everything and we love the results.
