He diagnosed and repaired a faulty keyboard on a Lenovo laptop. His estimate was accurate. The installed keyboard functioned well. The final price was at the low end of the estimate. He satisfied my repair timimg needs. He was very responsive. He works out of his own, but don't be put off by his workspace.

Tanmoy was very easy to work with and guided me through the process. I told him what I wanted to be able to accomplish with the website. He discussed with me various options, pros and cons, and continually checked back with me during the website building. He was very open to my input. I love the end product, it is exactly what I wanted. There were some adjustments I found out I wanted as I worked with the site and he quickly made the tweaks. I received the original website a year ago and every few months, I discover something new/different I want it to do and he quickly changes/adjusts the website based on my request. It couldn't have been easier to work with Tanmoy. He responded to my requests promptly and professionally. Thank you, I love my website!
