- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We created a pricing tool for the most commonly requested services located here altiuscpa.com/pricing. We of course also do customized projects for business owners and are happy to provide up front estimates on those as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before accepting new clients we conduct complimentary new client analysis to identify if we are a good fit. Business owners typically request that we help them monthly with their outsourced accounting, tax planning and business advisory.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a CPA firm. Our team has several decades of advising some of the top business owners in the Western US. From technology integrations to high-level tax savings strategy nothing is off limits in the benefits clients receive being an ALTIUS client.
