Bryant came out to fix my washer, thank goodness it was a quick and easy fix but he was very prompt with same day service, very nice and very professional! My Chihuahua loved him, that says alot!! I would highly recommend with any of your appliances needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The diagnostic fee is $100 and goes towards the repair. I accept cash, check, zelle, or venmo. Credit cards have a 3.49% + 0.49 cent charge per transaction. Most completed repairs are done with original factory parts and come with 90 day labor and one year on parts warranty.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
In regards to appliance installation for a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, oven, range; appliances would need to be onsite as Bryant's Appliance Repair Services does not provide delivery or haul away for these items.
