At Luradiance, we believe that the customer should be able to visualize their new home at every step in the process. Therefore, every home we design is done in 3D. We start our with a 2D floor plan and work on the design till you are satisfied, with 3D view as necessary to get the design correct. We then move into an exterior design phase that lets you look at every inch of the house. We provide you a link to visit a website of the 3D model of your home so that you can walk through the entire project yourself. We typically will do our design meetings on Zoom, and work through your schedule to provide a walkthrough and photorealistic render of your project. Engineering is included in most of our projects. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a single price based on the SF of your project. This price includes as many revisions to the home as needed. Projects are paid 50% up front, and 50% upon the completion of the design when it is ready for engineering.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we see if the project is a fit, then if needed visit the lot or existing home for measurements or review. After that, most everything is done via zoom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been designing and building homes for the last 25 years.
