Thumbtack would only let me pick 3 out of 5 reasons to rate Chad, but I would like to give him 5 out 5 based on my experience with him today. He confirmed our appointment the day before and arrived on time. We discussed the work that needed to be done. He gave me a quote then proceeded with the work. He is very friendly and has a great sense of humor which I truly appreciate. I asked him about several other issues that I was concerned about in my home. He was very honest about his areas of expertise and what I should look for as potential problems in the future. I would definitely recommend him for your handyman projects and I have already told him I will be requesting his services in the near future!
