- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to always bid lower than any flooring shop in the valley. Not only are we cheaper, but we can get to your job within a matter of days, instead of weeks. Jobs are always priced individually, usually based on yardage, materials, and time. On any repair or re-stretch we have a $200 minimum. Depending on size and difficulty it can go up from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to keep it simple. Reach out and lets us know what you need done. We can come look at the job at a convenient time for you. Or if you prefer to text some pictures and measurements we should be able to provide a fairly accurate estimate over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My partner and I have over 30 years experience combined, in the flooring industry.
