I didn’t have time to but my floors in before my tenants were due to move in. Dax was very responsive. He gave me a very reasonable estimate within days of my initial inquiry. It included removing and replacing the trim, some subfloor work, stairs and treads, and adding underlayment. I explained I had a deadline that had to be met. His installers, Alex and Alex, met and beat the deadline. They did an exceptional job and I was very pleased with the final work. They exceeded my expectations and did a way better job than I would have done in a million years."See more

Cynthia J. says, "Paul was quick to respond to my bid, negotiated fairly with me, and was on time for my job. He is a pro at carpet removal but I'm giving a score of 4 stars because he told me that removal of the staples and dried glue was "prep for floor refinishing" and not included in the carpet removal. This should not be the case and never has been with other carpet removal I've had done because the glue and staples are part of the carpet installation and was part of the removal. The fact that he charges extra by the foot to remove the staples needs to be part of his bid. Fortunately, I'm physically able to remove them but what if I was 80 and left with dangerous staples all over my house? I was disappointed that he takes this position because it felt like a bait and switch. I would have used a different pro. Be sure to ask for a list of everything that's included in the bid. With all this said, Paul is a young guy and was extremely helpful in loading heavy stuff into my dumpster so that carpet could go on top. He's a nice person and courteous."See more
