This was the first time I had used Matthew/MVP Home Comfort LLC, and I am pleased to post a five-star review. Not only did he show up as scheduled, he maintained communication along the way with updates and fixed the problems promptly... and he did it on a holiday! He's an excellent communicator and clearly takes great pride in his work. Among other things, he figured out what was wrong with one of my Blink video doorbells and got it working again as it wasn't merely in need of battery replacement. He's also got years of experience in HVAC, which were not services I needed for this visit though when I was researching contractors to use, his certifications and training and insurance helped reaffirm that he takes a serious, professional approach to his work. I will definitely use his services again and will refer others to him! While the business name MVP may be his initials--he's also an MVP in the "Most Valuable Person" meaning, too, if you're in need of a professional to work on your home.

I cannot recommend MVP Home Comfort LLC enough. They installed a brand-new fence in our side yard and stained all of the fencing around our entire property, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

From the beginning, they were extremely professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They kept us updated throughout the entire project, made sure we knew what was happening along the way, and were always willing to answer questions. The quality of their work and attention to detail really stood out.

What impressed me most was their work ethic and commitment to getting the job done right. The project ended up taking longer than originally anticipated, but they didn’t rush through it or leave things unfinished. They stayed and continued working until the entire project was completed and made sure everything was done properly. That level of dedication is hard to find.

They truly went above and beyond what we expected. You can tell they take a tremendous amount of pride in their work and genuinely care about the customer being happy with the finished product. Our new fence looks fantastic, and staining the rest of the fencing made a huge difference in the overall appearance of our property.

If you’re looking for someone who is dependable, professional, communicates well, does high-quality work, and actually follows through on what they promise, I would absolutely recommend MVP Home Comfort LLC. We would hire them again without hesitation. Five stars all around!

Matthew was very professional and did an excellent job installing my air conditioner. He was very responsive and punctual. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, even helped me with some storm damage on his way out by restringing some lights. I will definitely be using his services again. I highly recommend MVP Home Comfort LLC.
