Price was great - $29.00, but... they didn't follow my instructions to the letter. I gave them 4 PC internal hard drives to copy the contents onto one external HD formatted for Mac that I provided . The 4 drives were labeled & on the drive the data was to be copied to there was a corresponding folder w/ the same name. I left instructions for the data to be copied into the corresponding folder from each of the 4 HDs. When I got the destination drive back it had been re-formatted for PC, the 4 folders I had created had been deleted & replaced w/ 4 others labeled Local Disk, Local Disk 1, Local Disk 2, Local Disk 3. With this result I was unable to determine which files had come from which particular drive; something I had wanted to know. It also took several days longer than projected. I called three times for a progress update. Each time I was told by the receptionist the the technician who was working on my job was "out" & he would call back upon his return. I never received a call-back. While my data was successfully copied I was disappointed that they had not followed my instructions & the lack of responsiveness.

We had a need for quick turn around on a server migration and Brett did a great job. Quick response to any questions or needs. The biggest complaint was I was quoted $550 and ended at $1700. They never told me when I ran out of my time and they should have communicated it.
