I met Ken Altman at a networking group and asked him to help me with my computer glitches for my home computer which I use for my home businesses. Ken was always available, shows up on time, knows what he's doing, is kind and courteous--and thoroughly tries to explain things. He even helps me through Team Viewer without having to come to my home. He's been a real source of stress relief for me, as I cannot troubleshoot!
