I started to research my move to Idaho in February of 2009. I found some homes I was interested in on-line and contact Paul Heim who was the listed agent for some of the properties. From my first contact with Paul he was wonderful to work with. Paul was always up front with his suggestions and always looked out for me his client. Even though I was conducting my home search mostly via the Internet, Paul treated me as if I was there in his office every inch of the way. I flew to Boise 3 separate times to look at homes and each time Paul made it a point to be available on my schedule. When I found the home I wanted Paul acted immediately and submitted my offer along with arranging for two lenders to qualify me for the home purchase on a Saturday night. Paul submitted my offer late Saturday night, confirmed Sunday morning with the listing agent that she had my offer along with the qualifying letters. On Monday morning my offer was accepted and within 21 days Paul had my deal closed and the keys in my hands. I can't say enough about Pauls professionalism and integrity as a Realtor and someone I now consider a friend. Thanks Paul.

Paul is amazing at what he does. He is a true professional and looks out for others in ways that most realtors never think about. Paul is detailed, quick, innovation, computer savvy, and treats every customer like they are his only customer. The attention and service you receive from Paul are unmatched.
