Any materials needed are billed separately at cost. Occasionally, I offer discounts for repeat customers or multiple services booked at the same time. Travel fees may apply for jobs outside my normal service area, but these are always communicated upfront.'
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I usually start with a quick conversation to understand the job details. From there, I provide an estimate and explain the steps needed to complete the work. Once we agree on the price and schedule, I show up on time with the necessary tools and materials. I always keep the customer updated during the job and make sure they're satisfied before finishing. sure they're satisfied before finishing.
