- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a small trip, inspection, tune up fee in one. This way we don't waste each other's time. This covers my travel time and expense, as well as a full safety inspection of your door of any issues going on, plus I'll tune up and lube your door. This will include any estimates on repairs needed above and beyond the tune up. This fee is $50
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off with a full inspection and tune up. This allows me to go over your garage door and Opener to determine what issues you're dealing with and recommend the best solutions for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was Trained and certified by A1 Garage Door service October 2021 by Tommy Mello and his training staff.
