He came out immediately, evaluated and corrected the problem, plus performed a maintenance service. Extremely professional, very polite and timely. Well I thought I bought a great deal when I bought a new in the box used garage door opener on market place. When I was recommended Landus Smith at Legendary Garage Doors to come and install the door opener he found it was missing a very important part. Landus Smith ordered the said part and returned to do the install. I must say that both times I had an appointment with Landus Smith. He was prompt on time. Professional in his business and his attire. A real pleasure to work with. I felt what he charged me was extremely reasonable for 2 trips out of his usual area of work. I'm pleased as punch when I walk over to the indoor button and push it to open. And it just purrs like a kitten so quiet. I promise you won't be disappointed in hiring Landus Smith of Legendary Garage Doors. Oh, he has fantastic customer service too. !! Just call him you will see for yourself.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a small trip, inspection, tune up fee in one. This way we don't waste each other's time. This covers my travel time and expense, as well as a full safety inspection of your door of any issues going on, plus I'll tune up and lube your door. This will include any estimates on repairs needed above and beyond the tune up. This fee is $50
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start off with a full inspection and tune up. This allows me to go over your garage door and Opener to determine what issues you're dealing with and recommend the best solutions for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was Trained and certified by A1 Garage Door service October 2021 by Tommy Mello and his training staff.
