Had them replace springs that snapped. Within 2hrs of calling they were done! Josh was very informative and professional. I voiced dissatisfaction that they tacked on a fuel surcharge (didn't include that over phone with their quote), so they waived it for me! Great all around

Tony was very professional and kind he was on time very friendly with my dog Tucker.He explained everything that he found wrong with the garage door. Charged me what he quoted. You need to give him a rise he was wonderful. I felt very comfortable with him coming to my houseBecause my husband was gone. He was not pushy. Thank you for your professionalism.

Our 40+ year old garage door cam crashing down on Wednesday early afternoon. We called Precision Garage Door and they sent a tech the same day to evaluate the situation. We ordered the door(s) and they were install the next day. Wow! What great service and the technicians were great. We give this organization a BIG thumbs up.

Its never a fun day when youre the victim of a self inflicted garage door issue. Tony at Precision totally saved my butt from not being able to leave my garage that day by expedient, efficient and incredibly gracious support. He restored my garage door to normal functioning and practically back to normal appearance which was quite a feat given the shape it was in. I was particularly pleased not to need a new garage door which would have been far more expensive. It took less than an hour. He was the nicest guy to work with and made me feel much better about the situation in addition to supplying the trustworthy competence needed. Thanks Tony !

Called Precision to fix garage doors and they had someone out in the next day. Tony, our service man, walked me through the issues, went into the quote and fixed it that morning. He also showed me how to keep it maintained. Definitely recommend this company if you have issue with your garage doors.
