- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After walking the property with a client, Garden of Amber will provide a detailed bid for the project at hand. We believe in options for our customers and understand that large projects can be costly. Thus, on past projects, we have broken the work up over a period of months, or even seasons to accommodate our clients' budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I will receive the customer call, text or email about their needs/desires for their outdoor space & respond to touch base asap. At that time I make an appointment with the customer for a free initial consultation regarding the project. We then determine a plan for the project that works the best for the customers goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Environmental Horticulture obtained from Lake Washington Tech College in 2000. I have attended many classes since related to the green industry.
