About
Built by an experienced DIYer and professional jack-of-all-trades with too many tools, too much time, and a deep personal grudge against things that squeak, leak, or lean.
If your house is starting to negotiate against you, we’ll settle it. Fast, practical repairs and upgrades from someone who already owns the tool for that “one weird job” — and has been waiting for an excuse to use it.

Out of all the inspections I've ever had done when purchasing a home, the one Michael did for me far exceeds the quality and depth of any other one I've gotten. He was quick to schedule, communicated well and did a very thorough inspection.
