- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process of working with a new customer is simple and personalized. We start with a call to discuss everything you would like to have done in your home. We welcome special requests, every home is different and we are always happy to accommodate your specific means. On the day of the service our team completes a walk-through upon arrival and will come equipped with all of their own supplies. If you're not home at that time that's completely fine we take detailed notes before hand and our team of cleaners follow an extensive checklist to insure nothing is missed. Once the cleaning is complete we will do a final walk-through with you. If not we're happy to provide photos for your peace of mind. All of our cleanings come with 100% satisfaction guarantee so you can feel confident at your home will be cared for exactly the way you expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members are fully vetted insured and background check. Each cleaner has multiple years of hands-on experience residential and commercial cleaning. In addition every team member goes through an internal training program where they learn our standards, procedures and the detailed checklist we follow for every cleaning. Our staff is highly detailed oriented reliable and committed to providing consistent top-quality results. We emphasize professionalism, proper product use, safety practices and respect for our clients homes. Ongoing training and quality checks help us maintain a high standards our customers expect.
