- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 50% discount to first time customers. I am confident in my work and trust the employees that work for me to complete the tasks you need done with 100% satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to me that I know what is important to you and what isn't so that you aren't paying for time spent doing things that you don't need help with. Ideally, it is best if I can do an in-home consultation before your cleaning. I am happy to complete one over the phone as well though!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience working with a corporate cleaning company and also a property management/Airbnb company. I have also cleaned businesses after hours.
