- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to think that I am very Fair with my pricing. Cheaper then some, probably more then others. One thing that is an absolute fact, I go above and beyond for my clients. Please read my reviews, my work speaks for itself. When it comes to the weekly cleanings I knock 10% off, and Bi weeklys 5% . If you refer me to a new client, your next cleaning is 50% off! I believe it’s important to incentivize, it helps both sides out! I usually go off a fixed rate instead of hourly. I am quick and thorough and instead of dragging my feet to get that extra, I can get in and out without being in my clients space for to long. It has to be fair and beneficial to both sides!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we go through the Bidding Process I believe that it is important to do a Face to face meeting and do a Walk through of the home. That way you can get a good feeling for Exactly what the client is looking for. It is also best to Do a meet and greet, that way you can start to build a good repour with your new client. Trust is key in this business! You have to be able to trust your cleaning company and I you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the Best type of Education and that’s almost 15 years of experience! I studied Medical Billing at Apollo College where I also got my Associates Degree. I am a Social Butter fly that loves making friends wherever I go and am a True people Person. I truly Believe that your work should Speak for Itself!
