- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
if preferred we also do hourly cleaning rates starting at $25 an hour, any other specialty cleaning restaurant cleaning or small Bio’s small fire clean-up and move outs/packing of content rates start at $35 +.... HSC also provides our customers a licensed, Bonded and insured company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person if all possible, if they are unable to do an initial walk through with me, a phone call will also work, going over their cleaning needs and concerns. Also at that time I like to go over Any specific needs and products to be used in their home, making sure they are not sensitive and/or allergic to any products we might be using.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a restoration company for 17 years specializing in water damage & fires, in my 17+ years I have cleaned over 900 + fires, not including all mold & sewage cleanings I have done. Which tought me the importance of thoroughness and the importance of paying attention to detail. My cleaning expertise and background it’s what separates us from being any regular cleaning company. HSC takes their cleaning very serious.
