- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard hourly rate is $25 per hour for a single housekeeper, when there is more than just myself, the housekeeping rate goes up $10 each additional housekeeper, "UPON CUSTOMER APPROVAL" for the additional housekeeper. Or I will work with you to set a flat rate for the services that best suites your needs and budget. I can also do flat rates for a job upon a walk-through of the property. Ask me about senior, veteran, disabled discounts, and Cancer patients in active chemo "free" cleanings once per month. Myself being a survivor of breast cancer, with many family and friends who have passed from cancer. I know the struggle with treatments. I feel I can take and ease their struggle just a little to help them save energy for their fight!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to schedule a small walk through on the property to be cleaned so that I will have all the necessary tools for the project. Along with being able to provide you with a free estimate. That way there is NO ADDITIONAL HIDDEN, COSTS OR FEES, for you or I.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught, however I am always watching classes or doing a DIY turorial to better my self and my services I provide to you. I like to do cleanings from all natural products that are safe for the children and for the pets. Some of the best used techniques are ones I have picked up from doing this for so long.
