Mr. Waltrip provided clear positive communication even before I met him. The price he quoted me was very reasonable. He arrived 15 minutes early, but he notified me beforehand, which was great. I hired him to install a new kitchen sink, disposer and faucet. After removing the old sink, Brandon let me know that the new sink wouldn't fit possibly due to wood blocking nailed in to support the old sink. I really appreciated that he informed prior to removing the blocking. That was all that was needed to fit the new sink in place. He provided all the new pvc piping to make all the new components (which I provided) work. Mr. Waltrip then told me there was a problem with the new disposer, but he was willing to troubleshoot the problem. After checking the power flow in the outlets and power cord, he determined that the disposer was defective (boo Ebay). Brandon then offered to install the old disposer. He told me that he would come back out to put in a new disposer once I got the defective one replace as that was part of the original job. When completely finished, Mr. Waltrip cleaned (!!!) his work area, boxed up the defective disposer to be returned and carried out the trash. I highly recommend this awesome professional!
