Hey Mark, we appreciate the honest feedback. We both walked the property before calling it a done job and corrected any of the concerns you had. We always strive to do the best work possible. Unfortunately you had an odd request on how you wanted the weed barrier which did not make any sense but you insisted that's how you wanted it done. We installed the weed barrier how you requested and did our best to make it work. After doing the final walkthrough you did not bring up any questions or concerns after I answered any that you previously had. We left a proper install ready for gravel to be put in. It is not our responsibility if the wind picks up the weed barrier even though it has been properly staked. The stakes are there to hold down the weed barrier while one is installing the gravel the same day. Stakes are not meant to hold down weed barrier for several weeks. That is why gravel needs to be installed right away and as any loose ends appear they get trimmed as gravel is installed. We are sorry you had a bad experience and hope you understand that we did exactly what you asked for. If you had any concerns after the walk through then they should of been brought up in person where they could of been taken care of and not through a review.
